When you schedule a cleaning with Bright Cleaning & Maintenance Services, we guarantee that a cleaner will arrive on time. So, if we schedule the cleaning session through the website or via email, our representative will contact you to confirm the booking to avoid any confusion.

After the cleaning process, you must make payment to our cleaners, and this fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed-upon conditions between two parties that specify how, where and when the agreed price is to be paid. In addition to the payment amount, the time of payment and the currency, payments terms include the type of payment, i.e. the means of payment or the payment method.As we alter our prices in response to changing economic conditions, we ask for your patience and consideration.
Time of Payment
We offer cash discounts or other reductions if payment is made in advance or within below given terms :
- Payable within 14 days less 3% cash discount, or within 30 days net without discount.
- Payable within 7 days less 4% cash discount.
- We offer a 5% cash discount for advance payment.
If Payment delayed by 45 days or more, 18% Interest will be charged.
Mode of Payment
We accept payment through :
- We accept Cash payment for Invoice amount below Rs. 5000/-
- We accept Post Dated Cheque.
- We accept IMPS/NEFT/RTGS.
- UPI payment also accepted.
Reschedule and Cancellation
Cancellation or Reschedule are to be made at least 24 hours before the time of the working. Otherwise, Charges will be applied if no further notice.
We will not be held liable if:

wear or discolouring of fabric becomes more visible after dirt has been removed
existing damage or stains cannot be removed or cleaned completely
there is damage to wooden/hard floors where felt pads have not been fixed to legs of furniture
the services cannot be completed due to a 3rd party entering
curtain shrinkage after the steam cleaning process
